Bennett Washabaugh is a CEO and co-founder of TenantBase, a technology-enabled commercial real estate brokerage firm based in Santa Monica, California. He co-founded the company in 2014 with fellow entrepreneur, Jeremy Bernard. TenantBase provides a platform that connects tenants with the right commercial real estate brokers to help them find the perfect office space for their business.
Before co-founding TenantBase, Washabaugh worked as a commercial real estate broker for CBRE, one of the world’s largest commercial real estate services and investment firms. He also worked as a corporate real estate manager at Dell, where he was responsible for managing the company’s real estate portfolio in the Western United States.
Washabaugh holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). He is also a licensed California Real Estate Broker.
