Quartet Health is at the forefront of enhancing accessibility to mental health care by pioneering groundbreaking solutions that fuse technology and services.
The United States confronts a significant quandary concerning mental health, as demonstrated by distressing statistics. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), one in five adults experiences at least one mental health condition annually, highlighting the need to prioritize mental health awareness. Quartet endeavors to address this challenge by harnessing technology and services to ameliorate the lives of individuals with mental health conditions. Founded in 2014, Quartet aspires to realize its vision of ensuring that every person with a mental health condition receives requisite care. To attain this objective, Quartet seeks to establish a more comprehensive mental healthcare system that integrates mental health care with overall healthcare, facilitates seamless access to care providers that accept insurance, and connects individuals to care that enhances their well-being. Moreover, Quartet strives to provide ongoing support throughout individuals’ lifetimes based on their diverse needs, utilizing technology and services to identify and monitor care quality, connect individuals with appropriate care providers, and facilitate their care journeys.
Quartet facilitates finding the appropriate care by taking into account your requirements, preferences, and insurance coverage. Their online platform and services are complimentary, except for copay or deductible charges if you visit a provider. Quartet assumes the responsibility of connecting you to mental health care, freeing up your time and energy for more significant matters. Additionally, their Care Navigators provide support throughout your care journey, from scheduling appointments to elucidating your care options.
Care Options
Quartet’s commitment to personalized and comprehensive mental healthcare is reflected in their approach to treatment options, which cater to a diverse range of clinical and accessibility needs. Their offerings of therapy, psychiatry, and digital programs demonstrate their dedication to meeting the unique requirements of each individual seeking care. With therapy, individuals can expect a tailored approach to discussing their emotions, problem-solving, stress management, and behavior modification. Appointments, whether virtual or in-person, are thoughtfully designed to provide a comprehensive and compassionate experience, with sessions typically lasting 45-60 minutes. In contrast, psychiatry offers a medication-based approach to treatment, with trained physicians creating individualized plans for managing symptoms and tracking progress. Follow-up appointments are brief and less frequent, depending on individual needs and preferences. For those seeking digital care options, Quartet’s goal-oriented tools provide a convenient way to manage symptoms like anxiety, stress, and sadness, either alone or with the optional support of a coach. These tools are accessible via phone, computer, or tablet, making it easy for individuals to receive care wherever and whenever they need it. Quartet is dedicated to ensuring that everyone has access to the mental health care that suits them best. To achieve this goal, the company ensures that its teams reflect the diversity of its patients and nurtures an inclusive culture where everyone can be themselves.
Quartet Health’s dedication to diversity, equity, and inclusion is demonstrated through their implementation of Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) that prioritize the professional development of all employees while promoting a sense of belonging.
