Sino Jet has become one of the most respected names in global business aviation, known for its dedication to safety, premium service, and forward-thinking innovation. As global economic and cultural exchange accelerates, demand for fast, sustainable, and personalized travel continues to rise. Sino Jet is meeting this moment with a transformative vision: to redefine travel through intelligence, technology, and a fully integrated three-dimensional mobility ecosystem.
Mr. Zhang Yang, Chairman of Sino Jet Group, summarizes this mission clearly: “Our focus is not merely on flying, but on how intelligence and green technology can reshape the entire travel experience.” Through extensive aviation experience and continuous technological advancement, the company has developed a new travel model that integrates private jets, global operations, digital platforms, and low-altitude mobility. This approach not only raises the bar for premium aviation but also sets the foundation for future intelligent transportation systems.
As a leader in the Asia-Pacific business aviation market, Sino Jet has maintained the region’s largest fleet for six consecutive years. But according to Mr. Zhang, scale is only the beginning: “Our competitive edge lies in stringent safety management and truly personalized service.”
The Sino Jet fleet features top models from Gulfstream, Bombardier, and Dassault, with large-cabin jets making up more than 95% of the aircraft. The company also operates the world’s largest Gulfstream G650 fleet.
Safety remains paramount. In 2018, Sino Jet became the first mainland Chinese operator to achieve the highest level of IS-BAO Stage III certification. It has since passed multiple rigorous audits, earning a ten-year qualification—proof of its long-term commitment to operational excellence. “Safety is not an expense; it’s an investment in trust,” Mr. Zhang emphasizes.
To enhance its service ecosystem, Sino Jet has built its own ground support company and invested in FBOs, creating a seamless Air Corridor — Ground Hub — Asset Port network. It has also launched innovative travel products such as private jet + superyacht and private jet + adventure travel, meeting the increasingly diverse preferences of luxury travelers.
Guided by its Accompanying Strategy—“wherever the customer is, our service will be there”—Sino Jet has built a worldwide presence. The company operates in more than 20 major cities, including Beijing, Shanghai, Hong Kong, Shenzhen, Singapore, Dubai, Tokyo, and Toronto. This geographic spread ensures rapid responsiveness across Asia-Pacific, the Middle East, Europe, and North America.
Sino Jet also holds operational and maintenance qualifications from civil aviation authorities in China, the United States, San Marino, and the Cayman Islands, covering one of the widest ranges of aircraft registrations in the Asia-Pacific region.
With dual Air Operator Certificates (AOCs) from both the Civil Aviation Administration of China (CAAC) and the Civil Aviation Authority of the Cayman Islands, Sino Jet has established a highly flexible domestic + international dual-platform charter system. This enables more efficient scheduling, compliance with diverse regulatory environments, and enhanced global service integration.
As a national high-tech enterprise, Sino Jet places digital transformation at the core of its innovation strategy. “Digitalization empowers people—it doesn’t replace them,” says Mr. Zhang. “It helps us deliver more precise services and ensure safer operations.”
The company developed the Cloud of Sino Jet, an intelligent management platform integrating aircraft operations, engineering, safety supervision, and business-financial systems. It supports full lifecycle digital management of private jets, from acquisition to maintenance to end-of-service.
Real-time data and smart analytics allow the system to identify risks proactively and optimize resource allocation. “We are shifting from reactive management to predictive foresight,” notes Mr. Zhang.
The Digital Intelligence Operations Control Center acts as the “brain” of the organization, enabling global real-time coordination of flight resources. On the customer side, an intelligent service system offers 24/7 rapid-response support. The digital maintenance system covers every stage of aircraft management, making the experience smoother and more transparent for clients.
To solve the “last 100 km” challenge in high-end travel, Sino Jet is actively expanding into low-altitude transport. In 2023, it entered a strategic partnership with Aerofugia to purchase 100 AE200 eVTOL aircraft, marking a major step toward sustainable aviation.
To accelerate this transition, Sino Jet established EFLY, a dedicated low-altitude mobility company focused on eVTOL operations, scenario development, and infrastructure planning. Mr. Zhang believes: “Green aviation is essential. eVTOLs will define the future of zero-carbon, intelligent, three-dimensional transportation.”
Sino Jet also contributes to China’s eVTOL safety standards and scenario testing, working with industry partners to build an open, safe, and efficient low-altitude ecosystem.
Mr. Zhang emphasizes that Sino Jet is not simply providing aviation services; it is shaping a comprehensive future mobility network. “True three-dimensional travel integrates technology, global networks, and human-centered service,” he says. Through global expansion, digital empowerment, and green innovation, Sino Jet aims to set new industry benchmarks and contribute Chinese expertise to global aviation advancement.
The company will continue to enhance its 3D mobility model, deepen service capabilities, and collaborate internationally to build a next-generation smart transportation ecosystem.
Mr. Zhang Yang is the Founder and Chairman of Sino Jet. Holding a Ph.D. and postdoctoral qualification in Economics, he previously served as Director of International Finance Research and Associate Professor at the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences (CASS). His expertise combines academic rigor with practical industry leadership.
Since 2013, he has consolidated multiple aviation businesses to establish Sino Jet’s comprehensive ecosystem, covering aircraft management, maintenance, charter services, ground support, and luxury travel. He also founded the China Entrepreneurs Flying Club and expanded Sino Jet’s presence with a strong global FBO network.
Mr. Zhang upholds values of trust, integrity, detail, and righteousness—principles that have guided Sino Jet to six consecutive years as Asia-Pacific’s No. 1 business jet fleet. His vision now extends to the low-altitude economy, where he founded EFLY to pioneer eVTOL mobility and build a unified, three-dimensional smart travel ecosystem.
