I lead with clarity and trust. People perform best when they understand the vision, know how their work connects to it, and feel empowered to make decisions. I don’t believe in micromanagement; I believe in alignment.

I also care deeply about feedback and growth. Everyone should feel comfortable sharing ideas, challenging assumptions, and taking risks. That’s how we get better as a team.

And leadership should be fun. We work hard, but we laugh a lot too. Energy and culture matter just as much as performance. When people enjoy what they’re doing, the work shows it.

Empathy and accountability are the foundation of everything. You can care about people and still hold high standards. The best teams do both.
