Ferrari Shareholders Approve Resolutions and Dividend at Annual General Meeting
Ferrari announced the successful passing of all proposed resolutions during the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. Shareholders expressed their positive advice with respect to the Remuneration Report 2022, approved the 2022 Annual Accounts, and declared a dividend of Euro 1.810 per outstanding common share, equivalent to approximately Euro 329 million.
The AGM also appointed all Ferrari directors standing for election and renewed the existing delegations to the Board of Directors for the issuance of common shares, grant of rights to subscribe for common shares, and repurchase of up to a maximum of 10% of the Company’s common shares. Additionally, the Shareholders approved the awards of (rights to subscribe for) common shares to the executive directors. Concurrently, Ferrari published its 2022 Sustainability Report that follows the GRI Standards and includes further disclosures in line with TCFD recommendations, SASB’s Automobiles Sustainability Accounting Standards, and Article 8 of the EU Taxonomy Regulation.
